All rights to the content and architecture of this site, in particular but not limited to the photographs, texts, logos, layout, drawings, slogans, commercial names and other elements of this site, are reserved. These rights are protected by the national and international legislative and regulatory texts, which must be respected by each visitor to the site. Any reproduction or use for the general public of this site and its content by any means whatsoever without the prior written authorisation of the CATPW or other rightsholders is prohibited.
Information contained on the site
We have taken the utmost care when gathering data and texts for this site. However, the tourism federation cannot be held responsible for the use of the information supplied on this site or the absence of specific information.
Net surfers are free to download routes for private use and perform them. The CATPW and the tourism federations have no control over changes or problems that might occur on the way: road works, bad surface, diversions, poor markings, etc.
With regard to information or routes submitted by third parties (cf. the 'Submit a route' option) the CATPW and the tourism federations accepts no responsibility since they do not have the means to verify these routes in the field.

The website may display ads for which the CATPW and the tourism federations cannot be held responsible with regard to the liability of their contents.
